#HEALTH - Drinking Secrets For Healthy Living

6:00am
Your body looses water through metabolic activities during the night, while asleep. Take 25cl of water to keep your kidney and liver healthy.

8:30am
Every morning, from your bed to office, working against time, your tension rises, your system continues to dehydrate. Arriving at work, another 25cl will replenish your system.


11:00am
After early morning rush hour at work, take little time off, move around and release your tension with a cup of water.


1:30pm
