A delegate at the National Conference who was famously photographed sleeping at one of the first weeks sessions has been pronounced dead at the National Hospital in Abuja.
The delegate, a retired police Assistant Inspector General, Hamma Misau passed away last night and was said to have suffered from an undisclosed ailment.
A funeral in accordance with Islamic rites will be performed for the deceased shortly in Bauchi, his state of origin.
